OS X users -- Have you upgraded to Safari 4 and tested Remedie on it?
I just did it on my pretty old Mac mini running Tiger (to be replaced with the new one this Wednesday :), and the performance improvement was stunning! My remedie library has ~200 channels and browsing around the whole library, especially refreshing channels was so slow. I was seeing OS X sad beach ball all the time: now with Safari 4 it's brilliantly fast.
Since Remedie makes the heavy us of client JavaScript code, it sounds natural that it makes a significant difference if you run it on browsers with faster JS engine like Safari 4 or Chrome. If you haven't experienced the speed, you're highly recommended to do so by upgrading to Safari 4.
